Soak brazilian mushrooms and black fungus(M) in water for 1 hour, rinse them thoroughly and dry;
Clean the chicken, remove its head and cut it into pieces, add the marinade and stir for a while;
Rinse the Red Dates(Jumbo)for a while, remove their kernels and cut them into shreds; peel the garlic and smash it for later use;
