Soup with quinoa, snow fungus and winter melon
Instructions
  1. Soak the snow fungus in water, tear it into smaller parts, soften it by boiling for later use;
  2. Remove the skin and the seed of the winter melon. Steam it and stir it by using the stirrer;
  3. Add water to cover the surface of quinoa, steam it until water dried out for later use;
  4. Boil all the ingredients captioned above with a bowl of water, add salt for favoring and serve.
