Instructions:
- Soak the dried deer sinew for 2 days and blanch it in water until soft;
- After soaking the Shiitake mushrooms, cut off the mushroom pedicles;
- Defrost the frozen beef short ribs, cut them into pieces, and add marinade to marinate for later use;
- Heat the wok, add oil and sauté the mushrooms, add water and dried deer sinew, bring it to the boil.
