Abalone Soup with Hedgehog Fungus and Lean Pork

Instructions
  1. Defrost the Australian greenlip abalone, cut its mouth and rinse thoroughly for later use;
  2. Soak the Hedgehog fungus in water for about half an hour. Rinse until water being squeezed out is clear;
  3. Remove the kernel of the Red Dates(XL), rinse the Ningxia fructus in water thoroughly for later use;
  4. Soak the aged dried mandarin peel in water, remove its vein and rinse thoroughly, peel the ginger and cut it into slices;
  5. Cut the lean pork (pork loin) into pieces, cook the pieces in boiling water for a while, rinse thoroughly for later use;
  6. Put all ingredients into a casserole, pour in some hot water, turn to low heat after boiled; continue heating for about 2 hours, add salt before serving.

    • Ginger 10g (about 3 slices)
