Longan Drinks with Peach Tree Resin & Honeylocust Seed
Instructions
  1. Soak the peach tree resin and honeylocust seed overnight, wash them thoroughly and cook them with water for around 2 hours until soft; drain for later use;
  2. Wash the dried longan and pitted red dates, stew them with 400ml water in low heat for 1 hour;
  3. Put the cooked peach tree resin and honeylocust seed in a cup and add longan red date water and serve.
