Instructions
  1. Rinse the featured New Zealand deer's tail slices and selected red ginseng slices thoroughly for later use;
  2. Soak the aged dried mandarin peel in water and remove its vein; remove the kernel of the red dates(XL), rinse thoroughly for later use;
  3. Gut and clean the chicken, cut it into pieces after removing its claws and cook the pieces in boiling water for a while, take them out and rinse thoroughly;
  4. Put all ingredients into a steaming pot, pour in some hot water and rice wine, stew over water for about 3 hours, add salt before serving.
