Pan-Fried Scallops with XO Sauce
Instructions
  1. Thaw Japanese Cooked Scallop, absorb extra water by using kitchen paper, tear off hard fibers on Sugar Snap Peas, clean up for later use;
  2. Preheat the frying pan, pour 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, put Sugar Snap Peas into the pan and fry for 1 minute. then add with soy sauce and continue to fry for 1 minute, leave all on the plate for later use;
  3. Preheat the frying pan, pour 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, put the scallop and XO sauce into the pan and fry for 2 minutes, upside down and continue to fry for another 2 minutes
  4. Put fried scallops on top of Sugar Snap Peas and ready to serve.
