Mandarin Peel Jelly with Red Date
Instructions
  1. Wash the Mandarin peel and pitted red dates and cut them into slices;
  2. Add 520 ml water, brown slab sugar and steam for 30 mins;
  3. Blend the mixture in a blender, add gelatin powder and mix it well;
  4. Then pour the mixture into different molds and allow them to cool;
  5. Refrigerate them for 3-4 hours and ready to serve.
